Four things we will ask you
Knowing these before you call saves a second trip.
Gas or electric?
A gas line needs a qualified technician before anyone moves the appliance.
Refrigerant?
Leave the sealed system alone. Empty the fridge and let it thaw.
Water left inside?
Washers and water heaters need to be drained first.
What is the way out?
Stairs, tight turns and the narrowest door between it and the street.

Albuquerque and the towns around it
Road miles from downtown. Each town has its own rules on what the trash hauler or transfer station will take, and each page spells them out.

Plain answers on refrigerant, gas lines, draining and Albuquerque's hard water, with the sources linked.
Before you call
How much does it cost?
We do not publish a price list, because it depends on the appliance, where it sits and the path out. Quotes are free.
Can you come today?
Ask when you call. We are open every day, 7 AM to 7 PM, and timing depends on the schedule.
Do I need to have it unhooked?
Empty it first. If it is connected to gas or hard-wired, tell us on the phone and we will say what has to happen before the crew comes.
Is there free appliance pickup in Albuquerque?
